Every year in America, roughly 11 million tons of textile waste ends up in a landfill. That’s a whole lot of low rise jeans and infinity scarves.
Instead of buying into the latest fast fashion trend, we wanted to encourage people to go shopping in their own closets and breathe new life into their old clothes. So we partnered with YouTube creators to launch an upcycled fashion collection on YouTube Shorts and all over NYC during Fashion Week.
We even took over an abandoned storefront in SoHo and created unique window displays featuring the actual items, turning them into the unexpected stars of fashion week.
